Evolv Wellness’ core value is to provide the best in health and wellness to our patients, without compromising quality, safety, and care. These enduring values guide us with courage and adversity as we face the difficult challenge of responding to the coronavirus (COVID-19), which the World Health Organization declared a pandemic.

Our hearts and thoughts go out to the people who have been affected by this unprecedented event, and we want our patients, their family, friends, and well-wishers to know that we are here to support you in whichever way(s) we can. I want to thank you in advance for putting your trust in Evolv Wellness for your health and wellbeing. Below is a list of what we are doing, keeping your safety at the top of our mind.

SCHEDULING AN APPOINTMENT

In light of current events, phone and video consultations are available for those who feel unsafe in public places. We also regularly ship out herbs for our patients on a daily basis. However, if delivery is not an option for you, curbside pickup will be available from the front of the building. Please call upon arrival after your order has been prepared for you.

Our business hours have changed for the time being from Tuesday through Friday, 11:00 am to 3:00 pm. On Saturdays, we will be open 9:00 am to 3:00 pm. Phone consults are currently available during the hours of 11:00 am to 3:00 pm to those who cannot visit.

However, we want you to have confidence in visiting us for a treatment or to purchase any supplements. We are closely monitoring the World Health Organization (WHO), the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), and local health agencies for the latest developments related to COVID-19 and following the guidance of government and public health officials. We are reinforcing these agencies’ recommendations on the appropriate health and safety measures with our own clinical and service teams.

SERVICES PROVIDED

Currently, acupuncture is still provided as a therapy to boost the immune system, regulate stress levels, and other chronic and acute flare ups of conditions. This service has been limited to the number of patients seen every hour, so as to follow CDC guidelines and protocol for a sterile environment. We are also doing massages for stress and relaxation, limited to only 1 massage per hour.

TREATMENT PROCESS

As always, we focus on maintaining a clean and sanitary clinical environment.

Our treatment tables are cleaned with alcohol after each treatment as well as new sheets and/or paper. We will reinforce this furthermore ensuring 2 times a day we will conduct a thorough cleaning of the clinical environment.

CHECKING OUT PROCESS

After the completion of any therapy and at the point of checking out, we are providing the use of hand sanitizers to patients prior to their departure.

OFFERS TO OUR PATIENTS

In understanding the complexity of this COVID-19 Viral condition, we are providing at a deeply discounted rate nutritional supplements to help support their immunity providing them the health resources to be able to battle this condition.

Please keep safe knowing this will pass, and very soon we will transition back to normality. But for now no Hugging or Handshakes, we will just have to do fist bumps.
